You might look at the settings on your phone and notice that the Terra Station doesn't up in the bluetooth device list. This is normal, and here's why:
When you first connect your Terra Station to your Wifi network, you plug it in and notice that the green light on the bottom of the Station is pulsing on and off. This indicates that it is in pairing mode, which means it is able to connect to your phone via bluetooth. This is the only time the station may show up in your bluetooth list, but do not try and connect it from there! Just be sure your phone's bluetooth is on, and then go through the setup process in the app.
The phone uses bluetooth to make the initial contact with the Terra Station, and to send it the Wifi credentials you enter during setup. At that point, the Station connects to your Wifi, and it stops connecting with bluetooth. This allows the device to start searching for Blu tags which are on the same frequency - these are the tags we see on Monarch butterflies, for example. The green light changes to a solid light with a blink every five seconds - this means your Terra is connected to your Wifi.
Now that the device is on your Wifi network and associated with your account, you can access it via the app or on the website by simply being logged in. The server sees your account and which devices are associated with it, and shares those with you.
