Automatic Gain Control (AGC) is a feature that's enabled on your Terra to help adjust the microphone levels based on how loud the environment is. It can be a useful feature in many cases, but in some cases we've found it can introduce issues like static sounds, microphones cutting on and off, and other noise artifacts.
If you're experiencing sound-quality issues with your Terra, turning off the AGC is a very good place to start.
