Troubleshooting the Power Light on the Terra Device
Look for a green status light on the bottom of your Terra. Its behavior will have different meaning.
Light behavior | Meaning | Troubleshooting Steps |
Fading in and out | Terra is operating, but is not connected to WiFi. | Go through the setup process to setup your Terra with WiFi. If it still displays fading in and out, move Terra closer to the WiFi router |
LED on steady, blinks every 5 seconds | Terra is connected to your WiFi | Terra will appear on your mobile app |
LED off | Terra is not powered on | Check the Terra's power connection. Be sure the outlet you are plugged into is operating and that the GFCI is functioning properly. Verify the Terra cord is properly secured to the power supply (cable should be connected flush with no rings showing and cable fully screwed onto power supply). Make sure Terra power connector is fully seated into Terra. |
