Not hearing anything in the app after pressing 'Play'

Trouble shooting steps
1. Turn up the volume and check the volume on the device which is running the Terra app - you could also play something on the same device on a different app to check there is volume
2. On the device running the Terra app, go into the device settings and check which speakers if any are paired to your device. Sometimes a pair of earbuds in another room can be playing the sound stream accidentally. Select a speaker close enough to hear.
3. Check for app updates in the ios/android store as appropriate
4. Close and reopen the app
5. If this still hasn't fixed the issue, you can submit a ticket below!
