Terra requires that you have an account to use it. They are all interchangeable, so you only need to create one account and it will allow you to use the app, website and also check your orders. Here are a few of ways you can create an account:
1. When you order a Terra. Typically you are asked to create an account (if you don't have one already). You can also check out as a guest, but you'll still need to create a password for the account in order to connect to your Terra when you receive it (see below, "I placed an Order but never created a Password").
2. Through the app (whether you order a Terra or not). The app will ask you to register when you first use it.
If you can't login to your account on either the app or online, first be sure you use exact spelling, spacing and capitalizations on your password - this is the primary issue people have when they can't sign in. If you click the "eye" icon in the password field it will show you the password so you can double check it. Also be sure that the network name (SSID) is exact as well - one easy way to check it is to go in settings -> wifi on your phone or computer and see the name listed there.
If you are sure that the spelling is correct, then you'll be in one of 3 scenarios:
1. I Created My Account Email and Password Already
Try logging in
here - be sure you use exact spelling, spacing and capitalizations on your password. If you can't login, try a password reset as in the next answer...
2. I Placed an Order but Can't Remember my Password
No problem - just click
here and enter the email you used for your purchase to request a password reset.
After that you can login at
here
3. I Placed and Order but Never Created a Password
If you placed an order in the past but never made an account (either on the app or online), you can go
here to register. You'll need to use the email you used when you made the purchase, and then you'll be able to create a password and register.
